Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Enienay, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. To cancel your order please email nina@enienay.com
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).


Return or exchange an item
As each Enienay garment is unique, please email us at nina@enienay.com, stating the problem and including your telephone number. We will endeavour to respond promptly and find a solution convenient to you. We may be able to advise a sewing adjustment rather than a different size. However if after communication from us, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if available. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.



Please note:
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

  • Returns received outside the 14 days are accepted at the discretion of Enienay.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 days (from the date of receiving the goods) to appear on your card statement.

  • We ensure that all goods are sent out in perfect condition. However, should they not reach you in perfect condition, or in the eventuality they be faulty we will offer an exchange of goods or credit note.

  • All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes, if applicable, for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Custom Orders
These will carry a surcharge of 20 of the original item. Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks. However if we can produce it quicker we will. Let us know if it's for a specific event and we will do our best to produce it quicker.

On change of orders, this will carry no surcharge provided the original order has not been started. However if the order has been started we may charge a 20% surcharge. On custom orders, no refund will be made on cancellation of order or returned goods.



This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/deodorant or make-up, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
